Shipping & Returns :
We take great care in delivering your products to you through reputed courier service providers like Blue dart, DTDC etc. Most of the products are shipped from our warehouse in India ( Hyderabad & Bombay).
If you believe that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 040 66028834. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Shipping is FREE within India. Other countries we charge a nominal shipping fee , Octroi Charges and any other such entry tax would be borne by the customer wherever applicable.
If your paying through COD & PAYPAL then handling charges will be additional.
Incase if your shipping address doesn’t match your delivery address or wrong delivery address ( or pin code), we charge nominal fee .
We deliver the products across the world.
We make every effort to process your order within 3 working days from the day it is placed in all metro cities across India. In case your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform the same.
Once the order is shipped it normally takes 3-4 working days for delivery in major metro cities. Two tier cities delivery may even exceed 4-5 days . For certain remote geographies the time for delivery may even exceed. For Abroad locations it normally takes 7 working days however, the delivery may delayed for weekends and holidays .
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Want to Return a Product?
1. We offer a 07-day return guarantee on all the products bought on our website. Products should be returned in the original condition.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

3.Wrong Colour/ Size/ Style
5.Wrong Product Delivered
6.Part of Product is missing
7.Non-receipt of Invoice / Warranty
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1.Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
3.Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
4.Serial Number is tampered
5.Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty and reported after 07-days.
6.Damaged products reported after 2-days.
7.Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product, box fees are charged when returned in a damaged box, or without the original box.
8.Product is used or worn or altered
9.Abroad countries customs may open the box for security reasons, pouches inside the box should not worn or altered.
